The next course, which has been accredited for up to 25 Main Pro C credits, will be held at the Foothills Medical Centre, in Calgary, on October 17, 2011. There are three more scheduled for 2012 on February 6, April 2 and October 15.
The first day of instruction/discussion is facilitated by 2 physicians, a psychologist, a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist. Two additional days will be scheduled, based on your availability, at the Chronic Pain Centre where you will shadow physicians and other disciplines from our team. In conjunction with preceptoring, there is some preparation involved prior to this class as well as completion of a post course reflective in order to receive full credits.
