As part of this prescription you will be entitled to a free one-month membership at the Leduc Recreation Centre (LRC), a fitness centre orientation, an individual program design at the LRC, at tour of the facility and an informatin package. This membership will give you full access to:
- Fitness centre
- Aquatic centre
- Walking Track
- Drop-in programs (including aquatic and fitness activities)
- Drop-in leisure opportunities
